Experience: 2–8 years in electrical maintenance in an industrial setup
Qualification: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical EngineeringKey Responsibilities:Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, motors, panels, and machineryTroubleshoot electrical faults and restore operations in minimal timeMaintain and repair HV/LV panels, transformers, drives (VFDs), PLCs, and generatorsInspect, test, and calibrate electrical components and systemsMaintain documentation of daily maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment historyCoordinate with production teams to ensure minimal downtimeEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and company policiesAssist in energy audits and implement energy-saving initiativesSupport installation and commissioning of new electrical equipmentWork with vendors or contractors for specialized electrical workRequired Skills & Qualifications:ITI / Diploma / Degree in Electrical EngineeringProven experience in industrial electrical maintenanceFamiliarity with electrical diagrams, schematics, and testing instrumentsGood understanding of PLC, VFD, and automation systemsKnowledge of safety protocols like LOTO, PPE usage, arc flash, etc.Basic computer skills for report writing and maintenance logs
