Job Description:Location : BangaloreDesign, Development, Deployment and 3rd level supportDesign, Development and Deployment of User Stories as per the Sprint PlanResolve the 3rd level support issuesStrong understanding of S/4HANA architecture, Fiori apps, and integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.Proven ability to manage a full-cycle S/4HANA Service implementation, from design and blueprinting to deployment.Deep, hands-on configuration knowledge in Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.Expertise in designing and implementing processes that link S/4HANA Service with the Sales module. This specifically includes creating a seamless flow from a service interaction to lead or opportunity creation and management.Demonstrable experience in architecting and building integrations between SAP and marketing platforms (e.g., SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.).
