Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technical Support Engineer at voxbay located in Kochi. The Senior Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely resolution of problems, Team Handling, Server Management and Monitoring. They will also need to provide excellent customer service and assist with customer onboarding and training. Qualifications Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Linux Server Management, Monitoring Team Management Assigning Task for L1,L2 Analytical Skills Customer Support and Customer Service skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Requirement Any Graduate with hands on experience in Linux server platforms. Minimum 3 plus years experience in Linux Technical support. Salary package will be based on previous CTC and Interview performance.
