You will create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters creativity, independence, and a love for learning. The role requires a strong emphasis on teaching skills, classroom management, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons based on the IB Early Years Programme framework.
- Foster a student-centered learning environment that encourages inquiry, exploration, and collaboration.
- Observe, assess, and document student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support holistic development.
- Integrate play-based and experiential learning methods into daily teaching practices.
- Maintain a well-organized, stimulating classroom that reflects student learning and promotes curiosity.
- Collaborate with other educators to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Participate in school events, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Strong teaching skills with a focus on early childhood education.
- Deep understanding of child development and inquiry-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
- Strong classroom management and organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and creativity in teaching approaches.
- Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth.
- 1 to 14 years of teaching experience, preferably in IB, international, or progressive schools.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a strong passion for teaching may also be considered.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- IB training or certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- ECCE, Montessori, or equivalent early childhood education certification is an added advantage.
