- Testing of incoming material (RM & PM), Semi-Finished and Finished Goods as per specification.
- Line clearance during manufacturing and packing activities.
- Conduct In-process checks during manufacturing at defined intervals.
- Preparation of LSD Shade cards and sending it to customers and archive the shade cards received from the customers.
- Maintain the control samples and update the control sample records.
- Maintain and update all records related to quality control activities.
- Issue Documents / BMR to various departments in absence of QA personnel in Additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
- Reporting to QC Head.
