Educational Qualification:B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry/ Ind. Chem / Oil & Fat TechnologyMinimum Work Experience :4-6 years of relevant experience in FMCG, Dairy, Edible Oil IndustryKey RoleMonitoring the quality of raw & finished product, packaging material, fuels, chemicals etc. and do needful to maintain the same as per the standard requirement.Knowledge of lab analysis of all kind of Edible Oils. Standard requirements and parameters for quality checking, and packaging material etc. Proper knowledge about the use of various all standard laboratory equipment and apparatus used. Knowledge about statutory compliance related to FSSAI/W&M.Knowledge about International norms of food safety & ISO 9000, 14001 & 22000 an additional advantage.candidates from Tamil Nadu location preferrable.
