Identify and research high-potential prospects in key markets: US, UAE, KSA, and APAC2. Craft and send personalized outreach across LinkedIn, email, and other touchpoints3. Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on Devkraft's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile)4. Book discovery, intro, and qualification meetings for sales and leadership5. Log and maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), including lead status, activity logs, and follow-ups6. Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging, sequences, and targeting strategy7. Track and report on SDR KPIs: emails sent, open/reply rates, meetings booked, and opportunities generatedWhat We're Looking For1. 3 years of experience in a Sales Development or Inside Sales role in a B2B tech, SaaS, or services company2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - clear, concise, and engaging3. Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar4. Basic understanding of the SaaS landscape, product development lifecycle, and IT services ecosystem5. Self-motivated, curious, and consistently takes initiative6.
