DescriptionGlobalLogic is looking for a skilled and motivated eLearning Developer with a strong foundation in instructional design and digital content creation. The ideal candidate is experienced in transforming raw material into engaging, interactive online learning experiences and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience in eLearning development.
Strong proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
Solid understanding of instructional design theories and adult learning principles.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with Camtasia; knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or Vyond is a plus.
Ability to manage projects independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free, high-quality deliverables.
Strong ability to interpret and implement storyboards with minimal supervision.
Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
Must be ready to join immediately

Job responsibilities

Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using tools like Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Translate storyboards, SME input, and classroom recordings into effective online learning content.
Apply learning principles and instructional design best practices to create high-impact learning solutions.
Write and refine audio scripts to align with course content, learning scenarios, and multimedia elements.
Create and edit learning videos using tools such as Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Vyond.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to gather accurate content and feedback.
Ensure content quality, consistency, and alignment with branding and instructional guidelines.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Revise content based on SME feedback and maintain version control.
Ensure all learning content adheres to the style guide and established templates.
