Plan, direct and monitor analysis of incoming, inprocess and finished product to ensure good product quality and appropriate corrective action for deviating from standard.

Direct and coordinate to prepare sample plan.
Provide resources for analysis.
Review and highlight abnormalities for product quality to superiors/concerned
Take corrective measures.

Plan and direct for new developments based on customer requirement or cost effectiveness and provide Information to plant for commercial trial.

Identify the needs based on customer’s requirement.
Development of new products at their end.
To plan trials and identify the improvements observed.
Co-ordinate with plant for implementation.

Improve productivity for cost reduction and time saving.

Improvement in analytical and testing methods.
Plan for Instrumentation
Removal of non value adding activities.

QualificationsPost Graduate-MBA15-20 years relevant exp.
