Maintenance of assembly lines, machines, and equipment.
2. Preventive, breakdown maintenance of sensor manufacturing automated lines.
3. TPM Implementation of precision assembly and testing lines.
4. Experience in Instrumentation measurement and control of process variables.
5. Experience in control system engineering.
6. Preferable expertise in air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Laser welding.
7. I4.0, machine connectivity to Bosch servers ( MES).
8. Breakdown analysis, problem solving technique knowledge.
9. Ensure maintenance KPI's for below target.
10. Effectiveness monitoring of all the corrective & preventive actions.
11. Ensure adherence to defined maintenance processes.
12. Ensure safety and 5S in maintenance area and shopfloor.
13. Maintenance documentation and preparation for audits.QualificationsBE Electronics / Instrumentation with 4-8 years experienceAdditional InformationExpertise in air leakage test, Vacuum tests, Laser welding.Experience in Beckoff PLC and Opcon+
