SAP Migration Consultant Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Migration Consultant with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis Administrations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP installations, administration, and OS/DB Migrations, with expertise in both Unix and Windows environments. The candidate should have a proven track record of success in leading SAP Basis roles in support projects and possess in-depth knowledge of various SAP modules including ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, EP PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX, and Solution Manager. Key Responsibilities : Execute SAP installations, administration, and OS/DB Migrations on Unix and Windows platforms. Demonstrate expertise in Solution Manager administration, including technical configuration and monitoring. Work with both SAP ABAP and Java Stack, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both technologies. Lead SAP Basis roles in at least 2-3 support projects demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Administer SAP New dimensional products, such as Fiori and MDM (Good to Have). Possess knowledge in operating systems, including Unix, Windows, and Linux. Technical proficiency in various databases, including HANA, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Max DB, and Sybase. Apply significant system administration experience in SAP production system environments. Experience in HANA administration, implementation, and migration. Preferred SAP certifications in NetWeaver, OSDB Migration, or HANA Administration (Not Mandatory). Demonstrate offshore experience, working for global customers, and excellent communication skills. Total experience of 3 to 8 years in SAP Basis Administration. Qualifications : Minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience. Strong expertise in SAP installations, administration, and OS/DB Migrations. In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, BW, CRM, SCM, SRM, EP PI, BO, BI, Fiori, TREX, Solution Manager). Experience in Solution Manager administration and operational tasks. Working knowledge of both SAP ABAP and Java Stack. Leadership experience in SAP Basis roles for support projects. Knowledge of SAP New dimensional products (Fiori, MDM) is a plus. Technical proficiency in operating systems (Unix, Windows, Linux) and databases (HANA, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, Max DB, Sybase).
