Achieves better understanding of the company platform and processes and suggests improvementsSkills & Qualifications RequiredTechnical ExpertiseStrong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, schedulable, queueable jobs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).Expertise in Salesforce Flows, Process Builder (migration to Flow), and advanced declarative automation.Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integrations with external systems.Strong understanding of Salesforce data model (Opportunities, Forecasting, Revenue, Billing, etc.) and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules, permission sets).Proficiency in SOQL/SOSL and handling large data volumes (LDV).Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment & release management (Change Sets, SFDX, Git-based deployments).Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, bulkification, error handling, and performance optimization.Familiarity with Salesforce managed/unmanaged packages, AppExchange solutions, and platform events.Experience in unit testing (
