- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and visual quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable analytics solutions.
- Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and data models for large-scale datasets.
- Integrate diverse data sources, including on-premises and cloud-based systems, into unified analytics platforms.
- Apply best practices in data governance, security, and compliance within the Power BI platform on Microsoft Fabric.
- Automate data refreshes and workflows using Power Automate, Data Factory, or other automation tools.
- Lead and manage Power BI operations and delivery teams within the organization's framework and data security guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and training to end users and stakeholders on effectively utilizing Microsoft Fabric and Power BI tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for BI solutions.
- Optimize data models and implement DAX calculations for performance and scalability
- 6+ years of experience as a Power BI Consultant with expertise in dashboard development, data modelling, DAX, and visualization best practices.
- Understanding of the Microsoft Fabric data platform and/or Azure Synapse for Power BI integration.
- Experience in migrating dashboards and reports to Power BI from other visualization platforms.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA (Kanban/Scrum workflows).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD for data pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure as code).
- Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices for enterprise data systems.
- Certifications in Power BI (PL-300, PL-400, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working with global teams, including business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project lifecycle management.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with multicultural and cross-functional teams across global locations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to work in the Bangalore office.
