Key Responsibilities:- Write, edit, and format high-quality technical content for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and tenders.- Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and project managers to gather accurate technical inputs.- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly content.- Ensure all bid content aligns with the organization's brand, tone, and strategic positioning.- Review tender documents and identify submission requirements, risks, and deliverables.- Assist in creating reusable content libraries and templates for future proposals.- Meet tight deadlines and manage multiple bids simultaneously.- Collaborate with graphic designers and marketing teams for professional presentation of documents.- Maintain a database of past responses, case studies, and credentials.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, IT, Communications, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in technical writing or bid/proposal writing.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong understanding of technical concepts (e.g., software solutions, IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, etc.).- Proven ability to write persuasive content under pressure.- Experience with MS Office Suite.- Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.- Familiarity with public sector, government, or enterprise bidding processes is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:- APMP certification or formal bid management training.- Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, ITIL, Agile, etc.).- Experience writing bids in sectors such as IT services, education.
