As a bid manager, you will lead the bid process, from opportunity identification to proposal submission. This includes ensuring the timely submission of high-quality proposals that meet client requirements, managing the bid budget and resources effectively and establishing compliance with all RFP requirements and guidelines. The bid manager will also uphold an understanding of market trends and competitor activity to inform bid strategy. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end bid process, aligning strategies with company goals and client needs, while coordinating teams for comprehensive bid coverage. Manage bidding budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely, high-quality proposal submissions. Develop persuasive bid content collaborating with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts. Coordinate bid review meetings, ensuring stakeholder input and addressing concerns. Identify new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment. Lead bid management process from bid invitations to establishing timelines. Monitor bid performance metrics, conduct post-bid analysis, and refine bid processes for continuous improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Work with pricing and legal teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and ensure compliance. Required Qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience as a bid manager, proposal manager or a similar role, preferably in APAC market. Expertise in APAC government procurement processes, regulations, and market dynamics. Proven track record of winning bids th5rough effective proposal management and negotiation. Comprehensive understanding of bid lifecycle, proposal development, and contract negotiation. Proficient in bid management software, MS Office, and implementing budgetary and cost-control measures. Strong attention to detail, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in pricing strategies, financial analysis, and creating visually compelling bid presentations. Strong project management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple bids concurrently. Exceptional organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
