
Service Engineer

- Provide service, including machine installation and startup, warranty service, training, and machine upgrades at customer's site
- Perform functional confirmation and testing to obtain customer acceptance
- Supply technical support for customers, including answering customers' phone calls and emails for technical issues
- Assist Aftermarket sales team with sales of upgrades or spare parts
- Provide feedback on production, quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvements
- Must be able to independently move and/or lift heavy machine parts manually (up to 70-lbs)
- Communicate with the Service Manager throughout customer visits regarding progress or problems on site with written reports, emails, and checking in prior to leaving a customer site
- Other duties assigned by the Service Manager
