Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant at Afecto Homeopathy in Jalandhar. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the clinic, including tasks such as managing staff day to day problems , maintaining records, maintaining inventory, and assisting with clerical duties, making of salaries. Exceptional phone etiquette, communication skills, and executive administrative assistance are key aspects of this role. Qualifications Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills Proficient in phone etiquette and communication Strong clerical skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Attention to detail and accuracy Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Knowledge of computer(Excel) is must
