We are seeking a Consultant with strong expertise in Operational Research techniques and hands-on experience with IBM CPLEX Optimizer. The role involves designing, modeling, and solving complex optimization problems to support business decision-making across domains such as supply chain, travel, logistics, and workforce planning.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement mathematical optimization models (LP, MIP, QP).Apply OR techniques to solve real-world business problems.Build and deploy models using IBM CPLEX (Python/Java/OPL).Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into optimization models.Analyze and interpret results, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Required Skills:Strong knowledge of Operational Research / Optimization methods (linear programming, integer programming, network flows).Hands-on experience with IBM CPLEX (docplex, CPLEX APIs, or OPL).Proficiency in Python (preferred), Java, or C++.Experience in modeling real-world problems in domains such as supply chain, airline, or workforce scheduling.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good to Have:Exposure to other solvers (Gurobi, SCIP).Knowledge of data science or machine learning techniques.Experience in travel, transportation, or logistics industries.ABILITIESABOUT USIGT Solutions (IGT) is committed to simplifying complex customer interactions while delivering a seamless experience.
