1. Candidate Sourcing & Screening
- Source candidates using job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and Monster.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job descriptions.
- Maintain updated lead trackers for each role.
- Schedule telephonic, virtual, and in-person interviews between candidates and internal
- Follow up with candidates for confirmations, task submissions, and availability.
- Ensure timely communication and professional etiquette throughout the hiring journey.
- Collect and verify documents from shortlisted candidates.
- Assist in creating offer letters, joining kits, and onboarding documentation.
- Support joining formalities on Day 1.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely updates and courteous communication.
- Maintain a candidate database for future openings and internal references.
- Maintain dashboards on hiring status and turnaround time (TAT).
- Generate weekly reports for management review.
- Maintain interview feedback, candidate notes, and follow-up records.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and sharing them across platforms.
- Support branding efforts through creative inputs on hiring banners, captions, and outreach
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication (Gujarati, Hindi, and English)
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms) and CRM or ATS systems
- High attention to detail and structured approach
- Professional conduct and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain and knows how to use AI
- Be a key part of shaping the workforce of a fast-growing real estate company
- Exposure to multi-role hiring cycles and candidate engagement practices
