Senior Engineer - Supplier Quality

• Conduct System Audit of existing suppliers
• Monitoring of Supplier QMS certification for validity for system compliance
• support to plants in IATF and customer audits preparation related to system audits
• Timely resolution of critical supplier quality issues by supporting to plant EQA
• Implementation of Quality gate at supplier end to prevent outflow of defects.
• provide training to suppliers & EQA on SQAM, IATF, VSA, QC tools etc.
• Conduct new Supplier Audit, improvement and approvals'
• Support customer complaint & warranty issue analysis and countermeasure for BOP
• Implement traceability system at suppliers
• Support in Quality DOJO implementation at supplier end
• Conduct Supplier's trader & warehouse audits

• Have relevant experience of 4-7 yrs
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 system and internal audit skill
• Knowledge of process like machinery, forging, casting, molding, sheet metal
• Basic knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC, and 7 QC tool
• Knowledge of analytics skill like why why analysis, QC tools and QCC
