- Provide support for operating system break fix issues, resolving them promptly and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and ensure the stability, security, and availability of Linux-based environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including but not limited to networking, storage, and software configuration.
- Implement and maintain system configurations, security policies, and software installations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Strong understanding of Linux system internals, including kernel, file systems, and networking.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving operating system break fix issues.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM.
- Knowledge of system monitoring and performance optimization techniques.
- Ability to implement and maintain system configurations, security policies, and software installations.
- Certification in Linux administration (e.g., LPIC, RHCSA) is preferred.
- Availability to work during Australian timings (Morning 3:00 AM IST to Afternoon 01:00 PM IST) with flexibility to extend working hours during critical activities.
- Attractive shift allowance will be provided for Australian shifting.
