Job Description :- We are hiring Safety Officers on a short-term contractual basis for high-priority infrastructure projects in Gurgaon and Mumbai.- The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing safety protocols on construction or data center sites, with sound knowledge of safety standards and compliance frameworks.Key Responsibilities :- Ensure strict implementation of safety protocols and procedures on site.- Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety inductions, and routine inspections.- Monitor site activities to identify unsafe practices and take corrective actions.- Assist in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and reporting.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory safety guidelines.- Maintain safety records, checklists, and audit documentation.- Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to maintain a safe working environment.Required Skills & Competencies :-- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Safety Officer role, preferably in construction or data center projects.- Strong knowledge of health, safety & environmental (HSE) laws and standards.- Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.- Proficiency in preparing safety reports and maintaining documentation.- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
