Eye for detail folksThis internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainabilityresearch, contribute to meaningful projects and develop a comprehensiveunderstanding of current sustainability challenges and solutions.Exposure & Responsibilities:Data Collection & Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing datarelated to various sustainability metrics, including environmental performance(e.g., carbon emissions, water usage, waste generation), social impact (e.g.,labor practices, community engagement), and governance structures.Literature Reviews: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews on emergingsustainability trends, regulations, best practices, and industry-specificsustainability challenges.Report Generation: Support the creation of research reports, presentations, andinternal memos by summarizing findings, preparing charts and graphs, andcontributing to written content.Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking our organization or specific projectsagainst industry sustainability standards and best practices.Project Support: Provide general administrative and research support to thesustainability team on various ongoing projects.Stakeholder Engagement : Potentially assist in preparing materials forstakeholder engagement on sustainability initiatives.Innovation Scouting : Research new sustainable technologies, methodologies,and innovative solutions relevant to our industry.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree inEnvironmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Public Policy,Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.Demonstrated interest in sustainability, ESG, and environmental issues.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Attention to detail and accuracy.Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):Familiarity with sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD).Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Basic understanding of statistical analysis.Experience with survey design or qualitative research methods.What We Offer:Hands-on experience in a growing and impactful field.Opportunity to contribute to real-world sustainability initiatives.Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.Exposure to various aspects of sustainability research and implementation.Networking opportunities within the sustainability sector.Stipend - Rs.5000/-pm , of which Rs.2500/- is fixed and Rs.2500/- is Outcomelinked to performanceTo Apply: Please submit your :1.
