UI/UX Designer

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Develop high-quality visual designs, icons, and graphics using Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.

• Ensure design consistency across products through style guides and design systems.

• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication or related field.

• 6 months – 1 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.

• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design.

• Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX and graphic design work.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Immediate Joiners are preferred

• Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada is an added advantage.

• Experience with motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to work with developers.

• Knowledge of Design Thinking and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Experience in designing for SaaS products or enterprise applications.
