Position Overview : We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Back Office Executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our back-office operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement within our firm. Responsibilities : Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and files efficiently. Assist with the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow. Maintain accurate records and databases. Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and faxes. Provide administrative support to lawyers and other team members as needed. Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences. Perform other clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field preferred. Previous experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment is an advantage. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
