- 1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll coordination, preferably in a similar industry
- Knowledge of payroll processing software and HRIS systems
- Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

- Manage and process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing employee training programs, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
- Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and HR policies
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of HR and payroll processes
- Support in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management
