As a HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing employee payroll, maintaining accurate personnel records, and providing administrative support to the HR department. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR and payroll coordination, preferably in a similar industry
  • Knowledge of payroll processing software and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and process employee payroll accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and benefits
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Support the HR department in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing employee training programs, and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Handle employee inquiries and resolve issues related to payroll and HR policies
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and systems
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth flow of HR and payroll processes
  • Support in conducting employee performance evaluations and maintaining performance records
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and payroll management
