Education Background Chartered Accountant, MBA, M Com or B com with relevant experiencePrincipal Accountabilities:Trade Operations: Settlement of all trades in Equity, Gold ,SLR , Non SLR Securities and Money Market (Call, CBLO, Repo, LAF etc)
Monitor the trade exception and to put efficient checks control for timely detection the error/deviation to ensure proper reconciliation of data
Control over outstanding position in various systems and regular review and of the same.

Broker empanelment and review
Managing back-office processes in front office system BLOOMBERG AIMS
Trade outstanding review and a strong control over the same
Control over the Margin management for each type of security
Liaising with Dealers, Fund managers, Registrar operations team, Custodian, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Stock exchanges and Clearing corporations Liaising with the Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and SEBI
Auditors pertaining to respective function
Set up of new securities and new asset type that the fund is intending to deal .
Implementation of new projects and changes brought because of regulatory or business requirement.
Support all new initiatives and new assets including system development.
Benchmarking similar industry practices and work towards implementation of best practise
Identifying risk and implementing effective controls for various processesScheme Cash Management: Cash management of the schemes of Mutual Fund, monitoring and reporting of cash to various stakeholders
Control over the Margin maintenance for each type of security.
Regulatory expense payment control maintaining control over all scheme expenses payment.
Liaising with Dealers, Fund managers, Registrar operations team, Custodian, Professional Clearing Member (PCM), Stock exchanges and Clearing corporations
Review of reconciliation and a strong bank account control
Liaising with the Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors and SEBI Auditors pertaining to respective function
