- Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for Enterprise Applications, particularly Sage 300, MISys, QuickPak, and Merchant Cloud.
- Create and customize reports using Crystal Reports Designer and Sage Intelligence Reporting tools to extract and present data effectively for analysis and decision-making.
- Resolve complex technical issues related to system integration, data exchange, and functionality across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical challenges.
- Assist clients in system setup, configuration, and customization to meet specific operational requirements.
- Develop comprehensive documentation, including procedures and user guides, to support clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients and internal staff on ERP system functionalities, report generation, and best practices.
- Stay informed about updates, features, and enhancements in ERP systems to provide proactive support and recommendations.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in technical support or system administration roles, with a strong proficiency in ERP systems such as Sage 300 and related applications (MIsys, QuickPak, Merchant Cloud).
- Advanced skills in report creation using SAP's Crystal Reports, with the ability to design and generate complex reports to meet business needs.
- Deep understanding of warehouse management systems and electronic data interchange (EDI) principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
- Certification or formal training in ERP systems, particularly Sage 300 core modules.
- Proficiency in SQL databases and experience in querying and data analysis.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role providing technical support or training on ERP systems.
- Knowledge of ERP system integrations with third-party applications and platforms.
