- Provide strategic leadership and direction to BIA Hyderabad site (~420 FTE), aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
- Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and performance tracking, for efficient delivery of analytics solutions.
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, establishing partnerships .and expanding the client base.
- Develop and executive short-term and long-term strategies to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and deliver high-quality analytics services to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, data scientists, analysts, and regulatory authorities, to enhance the organization's reputation and influence within the industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes related to analytics to maintain a competitive edge.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards governing data privacy, security, and intellectual property rights.

- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking abilities to drive the organization's growth and align analytics capabilities with business objectives.
- Deep understanding of the biopharma industry, including knowledge of regulatory frameworks, market dynamics, and trends.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills to establish partnerships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to address complex business challenges and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, technology trends, and emerging tools and platforms in the analytics field.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Analytics, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 10+ years) in senior leadership roles within the analytics or biopharma industry, including experience overseeing operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing an analytics organization or BU and driving business impact.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and development.
- Solid understanding of the Indian market landscape, business practices, and regulatory environment.
- Experience in business development client relationship management, and successfully driving growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
