- Supervise and guide a team of order management specialists; provide coaching, training, and support to ensure team effectiveness.
- Monitor daily order flow and ensure timely and accurate order processing in line with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Allocate workload across team members and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex order issues, coordinating with sales, logistics, finance, and customer service to resolve promptly.
- Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., order cycle time, backlog, order accuracy) and drive improvement initiatives.
- Partners with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, IT) streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory guidelines related to order fulfillment
- Identify system/process gaps and contribute to automation or optimization projects (ERP improvements, workflow redesign, etc.)
- Lead daily/weekly team huddles and represent the team in business reviews or operational meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of team members.
- To ensure that the team is aware and informed about the changes in Org structure, HR Policies, Admin policies, IT Policies etc.
- Perform back-up duties for Team Leads, as necessary.
