It's Zetwerk.Roles & Responsibilities:Ø Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.Ø Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.Ø Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.Ø Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.Ø Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.Ø Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.Ø Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.Ø Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.Ø Administer contracts and manage projects.Ø Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.Ø Expert experience in project management.Ø Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Ø Prepare Technical Documents.Ø Provide technical information required for manuals and other documentation.Ø Work with other designers and departments to ensure specifications are clear and complete.Ø Responsible for detailed design of product parts and modules, using 2D and 3D CAD.Ø Ensuring conformance - to customer specifications, company standards other regulation requirementsØ Be proficient in the use of AutoCAD - 2D & 3D.Ø Create 2D drawings for Civil & Structural.Ø Prepare Civil foundation GAD for Civil Building & Structural Building, PEB shed, Pipe Rack Structural Tanks, Vessels and Piping.Ø Extraction and handling Civil & Structural MTO for the project.Ø Prepare Material Requisition as per client requirement.Ø Vendor document review.Ø Relevant standards be keen to work in a multi-disciplinary team.Ø Able to resolve all C&S related issues in project.Ø Have a basic knowledge of Tekla model creation.Ø To proactively work and contribute as part of a large team.Ø Accurately process and record all technical documentation in accordance with agreed procedures.Ø Ensure agreed procedures satisfy project, client, and regulatory requirements.Ø Monitor progress of in-house and Client reviews of technical data.Ø Monitor due dates for drawings, specifications, software, technical manuals, and other documents. also Monitor the status of the project to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule and when required, input or report progress information (received from discipline engineers) accurately at regular intervals as specified by the project.Ø Review and verify project documents for completeness, format, and compliance with contract requirements.Ø Submit project documentation to the management team for approval and transmits approved documents to customers. Provide the quality of deliverables and maintain quality records.Candidate Specification:Ø Qualified B. E or B. Tech / Diploma.Ø Experience in Engg. Consult firms with Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Refinery / Oil and Gas / Mining industry background.Ø Knowledge of software MS Office / AUTOCAD / STAAD PRO / TEKLA STRUCTURAL.
