Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.Title: Analyst, Supply Chain Finance - Lease AccountingBrief introduction - Role Summary/Purpose:Lease Analyst to be responsible for in depth understanding of Lease processPerform Lease Accounting activities in SAP and Lease governance toolLease Controller Environment , Lease creation,modification, renewals & terminationSAP EnvironmentTracking of daily ticketsPeriod Closing ActivitiesPosting Journal EntriesPerform Process reconciliationsPrepare monthly lease reportsSupporting LE & Budget preparationPerform SOX assessment and complianceSupport Finance process projects (Continuous Improvement)Global Stakeholder managementPerform as per Individual ObjectivesResponsibilities:Ensuring support to ATL in backup planning and executionEscalate and seek support from ATL/TL & other stakeholdersShare regular updates on service delivery to ATL/TL and Business TeamTake ownership and accountability of workflow completion (CPRS) and Lease Controller tool on timely basisPerform root cause analysis to remediate issues (with the help of GIT if required) and incorporate in SOBPs on a regular basis.Review processes and reports with Business on regular intervals for any changes needed as a part of standardization and simplification initiative. Understanding business perspective and sharing best practices across subs/hubs/divisions to support continuous process improvementRequired Qualifications:Commerce Graduate Along with CA (Inter or Final) / ICWA ( Inter or Final ) / CIMA ( Partial or Full ) / MBA Finance or other equivalent qualifications2 - 3+ years of experienceStrong Accounting KnowledgeKnowledge of SOX, US GAAP, IFRS, Indian ASProficient in SAP - FI/CO/PA/MM modules, Advance Excel & Google Sheets, BI Reporting platforms,Prior experience in working with multiple teams including business engagement across virtual platformsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Lease Accounting Processes (preferred)Comfortable with handling and analyzing large data and developing visualization in Slides or other advance digital toolsInfluence and NegotiationTeamwork and CollaborationGood CommunicationOur Commitment to Inclusion
