Job description:Roles and Responsibilities :> Develop and implement monthly, weekly, and daily production plans.> Ensure optimal resource allocation (manpower, machines, materials).> Monitor production output to meet volume, quality, and delivery targets.> Lead and mentor production engineers, supervisors, and operators.> Ensure adequate training and skill development.> Collaborate with QA/QC for root cause analysis and corrective actions.> Implement lean tools (5S, Kaizen, TPM, SMED, Poka-Yoke).> Identify and eliminate bottlenecks and non-value-adding activities.Qualification :> Education - B.E./B.Tech Or M.E in Mechanical Engineering.> Experience - 20+ years in production management in the auto component sector.> Should have Knowledge in quality systems, tools and techniques> Should have Knowledge in JIT Products.> Should have experience in handling large teams.
