About Company:The client is one of India's largest module manufacturers, in terms of operational capacity, producing solar photo-voltaic modules, and are also an integrated solar energy solutions provider offering EPC services, and O&M services to our customers.An Ideal Candidate:An ideal candidate should have 4 - 8 years of experience in supporting all major plant shutdowns and overhauls/ breakdowns in conjunction with production department to ensure minimum plant downtime. Assisting in planning and implementation of plant improvements and expansion plans; Working along with the equipment suppliers/consultants to ensure successful installation of equipment.Key Competencies:1. Analyzing mechanical failures/ breakdown in equipment and solving critical equipment problems/ failures ; Ensuring all breakdowns are attended to with minimum lead time2. Maintaining record of equipment wise maintenance / mechanical failures/ breakdown in equipment and expenditure, and providing analysis of the same to prevent repetitive failures3. Ensuring proper documentation of all jobs including details of problem diagnosis and resolution as well as spares used for future reference and analysis .4. Ensuring strict adherence to norms laid down for quality, health, safety & cleanliness by creating awareness through training / workshop / awareness sessions and making compliance mandatory in m/c maintenance.5. Planning for the spares / consumables required as per the Maintenance plan, raising requisition to the store based on the current availability and requirements.6. Maintaining spares inventory and updating the same at regular intervals.7. During forced outages, ensuring minimum downtime by overseeing coordination and smooth operation of maintenance activities.
