Advanced R&D Engr/Scientist We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to join Autonomous and Artificial Intelligence (AAI) Research and Technology Center (RTC) in Advanced and Applied Technology (AAT) Group to help us build and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business value for Aerospace. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing AI/ML models that support a variety of business functions. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to identify opportunities for AI/ML solutions and develop scalable models that can be deployed across our systems. Responsibilities: Design and develop AI/ML models that solve business problems and drive innovation Implement and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines that can process large amounts of data Collaborate with SMEs to preprocess data, train models, and optimize hyperparameters Integrate AI/ML models with production systems and deploy Construct predictive models (algorithms, machine learning, etc.) and tools to support data analysis or product functions Design experiments and methods to answer business needs Keep up-to-date with the latest research in AI/ML and apply it to solve business problems Co-lead growth, innovation & technology development road maps Mentor team members on AI/ML projects in the group in building a strong team Requirements: ME/MTech/BE /BTech in Engineering (Computer science/Electronics/Electrical) related field with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment, with a focus on building scalable models for production environments, ability to use different Machine Learning libraries and technique, and having natural language processing (NLP) and Generative AI experience as added advantage Creative thinking and Problem-solving skills with great attention to detail Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization techniques Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders
