Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate these into concrete data-driven solutions.
Develop predictive models and statistical tools to support decision-making.
Perform advanced analytics including data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting.
Design experiments and A/B testing to evaluate business hypotheses.
Leverage tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau to clean, process, and visualize large datasets.
Present actionable insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Continuously improve analytics frameworks using modern methodologies and tools.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and leverage them to enhance the overall team output.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of data science and analytics.
Proficiency in Python, R, or any other programming language commonly used in data analytics.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications in real-world scenarios.
Experience working with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Prior experience in leading cross-functional projects will be an advantage.
