Job Description:Act as the primary point of contact for customers for ocean export shipmentsCoordinate bookings with shipping lines and confirm schedules with customersProvide shipment updates, Cut Offs, ETD/ETA details, and proactively communicate delays or changesCoordinate with documentation, operations, for smooth shipment handlingEnsure timely resolution to Customer queries and sharing it with concerned desk.Monitor shipments to ensure adherence to cut-offs and timelinesHandle customer queries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional mannerMaintain accurate records in internal systems and update shipment status regularlyWork closely with sales and operations teams to deliver customer satisfaction
