- Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform, including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT
- Operations Management (ITOM), and IT Business Management (ITBM) modules.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design solutions that
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the development lifecycle, including
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes, methodologies, and tools related to ServiceNow implementation and support.
- 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, ITBM including implementation, customization, and
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, including Incident Management, Change
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science engineering or certification in related fields
