SALES OFFICER FOR PAINT MANUFACTURING - RAIPUR , BILASPUR , JAGDALPUR , BHAWANIPATNA

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share
• Identify and appoint new dealers, distributors, and retail outlets
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and channel partners
• Promote company products and conduct product demonstrations when required
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
• Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits
• Coordinate with internal teams like production and logistics for smooth order fulfillment
• Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management
• Organize promotional activities, campaigns, and site visits

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in paints, building materials, or FMCG
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
