We're seeking a Senior Manager to lead the outreach, placement, and strategic growth of a flagship Sports for Transformation Fellowship. This role involves attracting and selecting top-tier candidates, managing their onboarding, and securing career opportunities for graduating fellows. You'll also be responsible for building key partnerships to elevate the program. The ideal candidate must be from an NGO background, is highly organized and is passionate about using sports for youth development.Key Responsibilities:Fellowship Marketing, Outreach, and Fellow Selection:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the fellowship program.
- Manage the fellowship application portal and coordinate end-to-end selection processes, including interviews and assessment centers.
- Lead outreach efforts by coordinating participation in career fairs, university presentations, and online information sessions.
- Support the onboarding process for selected fellows and track their progress and performance.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for employment and career opportunities for graduating fellows.
- Create and execute a plan to support fellowship alumni in their career growth post-fellowship.
- Identify and build relationships with potential partner organizations, including sports organizations, academic institutions, corporations, and community groups.
- Maintain a database of contacts and partnership opportunities.
- Support networking events for fellows, alumni, and partners.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all fellowship-related communications.
- Collect and curate success stories and testimonials to showcase the Foundation's impact.
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations on program achievements for key stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in the social sciences is required. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Being an alumnus of a fellowship program (e.g., Gandhi Fellowship, Teach for India Fellowship, Young India Fellowship) is preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in the social development sector, with a preference for youth development and leadership.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies.
- Passion for the sports for development sector.
