About the Role :We are seeking a Social Media Content Performance Manager with a strong balance of creative insight and data-driven thinking. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that digital content not only meets platform standards and brand guidelines but also performs effectively across social channels - particularly Instagram and Facebook.Key Responsibilities :Creative Quality Control:- Review and approve social media content (images, videos, reels, carousels) for visual quality, platform-specific guidelines, brand tone, and consistency.- Ensure all content adheres to platform "safe zone" practices and is optimized for performance.Format Optimization:- Adapt content formats for various placements such as Stories, Reels, Feed, and Ads.- Ensure creative assets are tailored to each format for maximum user engagement.Performance Tracking & Optimization:- Monitor key metrics: engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, and audience behavior.- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to tweak content based on performance insights.Team Collaboration:- Work closely with the AI-driven content production team to guide iterative improvements and ensure alignment with campaign goals.- Provide actionable feedback based on data and user insights.Platform Trend Monitoring:- Stay up to date with the latest platform features, algorithm updates, content trends, and user behavior on Instagram and Facebook.- Proactively adapt strategy to reflect these changes.ROI & Performance Focus:- Use data to make informed decisions that boost content effectiveness and campaign returns.- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.Requirements :- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content performance, content strategy, or digital marketing.- Strong grasp of content performance metrics and optimization techniques.- Experience working with Meta platforms (Instagram, Facebook) and tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and tech teams.- Bonus: Experience working with AI-generated content or performance marketing teams.
