In this practice, you’ll help drive the following:Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client projects and develop Digital Centers of Excellence – to unlock new opportunities and drive efficiencies.Manage end-to-end delivery of projects for downstream clients in the areas of strategic decision-making, project management, digital transformation, cost optimization and so on.Accelerate clients’ transformation journey towards a more connected, optimized, lean and agile organization.Assist senior management and leadership for drafting proposals, writing client pitches, and developing solution architecture.Identify and quantify cutting edge industry specific digital disruption opportunities through convergence of analytics & digital capability.Bring your best skills forward to excel in the role:Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delightAbility to multitask and streamline multiple projectsImpeccable team management skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholdersProcess expertise in Downstream Oil & Gas for Energy clientsStrong writing skills to build point of views on current industry trendsGood analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quicklyExcellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skillsCross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environmentRead more about us.Your experience counts!MBA from Tier-I business school5-8 years of work experience including 3 years of consulting experienceHas led a team of 3+ resources in past engagementsGood knowledge of Oil & Gas value chain in at least one industry segment (Upstream or Downstream)Broad knowledge in functional areas of Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Acquire to Retire, Record to Report is required and good knowledge in at least one functional area mentioned above.Should have expertise in any one or more of the followingSAP S/4 Oil & Gas Downstream Oil and GasSAP S/4 Oil & Gas Upstream Oil and Gas(SAP S/4 FIN+ Joint Venture accounting or Upstream Operations management.)SAP S/4 Sales and Distribution & C4C will be a plusSAP S/4 Material Management & Ariba will be a plusSAP S/4 Enterprise Asset ManagementSAP S/4 Production planning & Quality Management.SAP S/4 certification in any of the above SAP modules will be a plus.Must have experience working with Excel, MS PowerPoint.
