Collaborating with project leads across projects
Track and summarize project status across the department
Establish and govern project management methodologies
Onboarding of employees
Tracking and updating training information for the customer
Tracking certificates and trainings for employees
Taking care of planning regular team meetings.
Hands on experience in accounting and financial statements.

What You Bring

Around 3 years of experience working in a PMO role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Good at multi-tasking
Attention to details and technicalities in tracking, tracing and follow ups as required by project teams.
Good command of German language is a must (Reading, Writing & Speaking)
