Should have strong Ingenium skills and Mainframe skills (8+ years).
Working knowledge in COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, DEBUGGER, CHANGEMAN, TSO/ISPF, REXX, SQL in Development projects primarly
Working in Support Projects is an added advantage
Should be able to work in overlap EST timings for better communication with Client and Onsite.
Good knowledge in Life insurance domain with preneed insurance and in Annuities.
Experienced Ingenium professional dedicated to providing high quality services and well versed in Analysis, Design, Enhancement, Maintenance, Testing, implementation, and Production Support of systems.
Analyse Business requirements, Design, develop solutions, Test, and implement on Applications in Life, Annuity, and preneed functional domain.
Develop, document and revise procedures for development and testing with quality standards.
Review the development artifacts to ensure quality deliverables to successive phases.
Analyse and propose improvements to the existing business processes
Provide technical solutions and architectural support
Identify new opportunities / assignments that contribute to the growth of the account and work on POC.
Analyse business needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
Discussion about the future projects and requirements and providing estimates for the development activities in the upcoming projects.
Interaction with the clients\users for the issues in the existing system and providing gap analysis and solution for the enhancements in Ingenium Application
Interaction with the business users and onsite PMOs to identify the business flow of the channels
Provide post implementation support to the client.
Work in the Support team and development to provide better results with minimal turnaround time.
Providing user support, analysing, and extracting the reports of the details requested by the clients.
Analysis on the daily night batch cycle to optimize the batch runtime.
