Minimum 3 years' experience in ERP, logistics, and supply chain operations.
Experience working in multinational or multicultural environments with leadership roles.
Strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced English proficiency.
Proactive, ethical, and highly organized, with a passion for teamwork and mentoring.
Preferred MBA or project management certification is a plus.
