- Position: Full Stack Technical Lead (Django + Flutter)
Experience: 7+ years (with at least 2+ years in a lead role)Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of full-stack developers and provide technical mentorship
- Build scalable backend services using Django (Python)
- Develop responsive mobile and web frontends using Flutter
- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and product managers
- Drive code reviews, best practices, and maintain high-quality standards
- Oversee CI/CD processes and DevOps integration
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security across the stack
- Proficiency in Python and Django
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Agile methodology experience
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Event Driven Architecture (SOA)
- Proficiency in OAuth, data encryption, and common vulnerabilities. Actually instead of DevOps and stating security across the stack, we should look for DevSecOps. This will help us address the security aspect highlighted by Dr Pawan and Team.
- Knowledge of Monitoring tools such as New Relic, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Testing, performance and automation tools such as Selenium, Katalon, Apache JMeter, Browserstack.
- Experience with NoSQL, SOLR, CRM
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.)
- Exposure to automated testing (PyTest, Flutter test)
