- Reviewing data feeds to ensure thoroughness, accuracy and quality
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related area
- 6-8 years of relevant business experience
- Knowledge of sales compensation/operations concepts and principles
- Understand finance and accounting concepts
- Experience with sales performance management systems such as Xactly
- Analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to perform in a matrixed environment
