You will be the first point of contact for our advertisers, providing outstanding support through multiple channels including chat, email, and video conferencing. Being service-oriented and prioritising the client's needs is key, as is the willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies. You will play a critical role in delivering timely, effective, and customer-centric solutions.To thrive in this role, you'll need:Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Technical Ad Tech Support or relevant client-facing technical roleSolid understanding of system logs, APIs, and basic SQLPrevious experience working in the Ad Tech industryFamiliarity with campaign performance, tracking, targeting, and optimization conceptsWillingness to work in 24x7 rotational shiftsBonus points if you have:Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsKnowledge of tracking mechanisms, third-party tags, UTM parameters, and conversion attributionHow you'll make an impact:Act as the first point of contact for Taboola's clients, addressing their technical and support needsRespond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and ticketing systemsTroubleshoot platform-related issues and escalate when neededMonitor workload distribution and ensure timely assignment of incoming casesServe as the primary point of contact for the shift and coordinate resolution effortsUpdate and maintain internal knowledge base articlesWhy Taboola?
