  • Team Leadership: Supervise drivers and transportation staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate transportation records, including, logs, fuel consumption, and compliance documentation.
  • Operational Efficiency: Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, reduce costs, and improve logistical workflows.
  • Problem Resolution: Address transportation disruptions, such as accidents or delays, and handle customer inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination, transportation, or traffic management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with proficiency in tracking software.
