A Coal Washery Manager oversees the entire operation and maintenance of a coal washery plant, ensuring efficient coal processing, quality control, and adherence to safety and environmental regulations. This role involves managing teams, optimizing plant performance, and maintaining equipment to meet production targets.Key Responsibilities:Operations Management:Overseeing daily operations of the coal washery, including coal handling, processing, and quality control.Maintenance Management:Planning and supervising maintenance activities, including preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting equipment issues.Team Leadership:Managing and motivating a team of technicians and workers, providing guidance, training, and support.Production Management:Ensuring the plant achieves production targets while maintaining quality standards.Safety and Environmental Compliance:Implementing and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, and promoting a safe working environment.Resource Management:Managing resources, including materials, spare parts, and personnel, to optimize plant efficiency.Budget Management:Managing the operational budget for the washery.Reporting:Maintaining accurate records of operations, maintenance activities, and safety inspections, and preparing regular reports for management.Process Optimization:Identifying areas for improvement in the coal preparation process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.Stakeholder Communication:Communicating with various stakeholders, including management, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.Project Management:Overseeing projects related to plant upgrades, modifications, and expansions.Required Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Mining Engineering (or related field).

Experience: Significant experience in coal washery operations, maintenance, and management, with a strong understanding of coal preparation processes.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of coal beneficiation technologies, plant equipment, and process design.

Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot operational and mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

Safety and Environmental Awareness: Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
